Operations Support Training
Our consultants have been engaged as technical instructors for many years. We have been an IBM i – Training Company since January 2000. Prior to that, we provided all operations and technical support training at the Helms Group, Inc., heading their IBM iSeries Computer Operations and Systems Administration courses for over 5 years.
Our instructors are IBM i Certified and have over 25 or more years of experience as a Systems Engineer and Technical Support Specialist in the IBM i and all previous IBM midrange arena. All instructors have over 10,000 hours of IBM i and iSeries training. Clients have ranged from small shops with a staff of 1 to large IBM i – iSeries installations of up to 200 IT employees. We have several IBM i Power classes that we already offer, and are working to add more. We can also customize training based on your needs. Current classes, and their duration follows:
